Wednesday on Walden's Mountain... September 11

Quiet Time...

“God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.”

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says."

James 1:23 (NIV)

“And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ; having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.”

‭‭Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

“For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭NASB1995‬

Good Wednesday Morning...

Waiting for Pack Time...

Pups...

I thought I would be in Matthew tomorrow
but I actually started today!
Love Matthew...

Maxey joined us...

...for our morning Pack Time...
Bible Study Buddies...

I don't think I will ever get to the pink :-)
I also don't think I will buy this type of yarn again...
especially for doilies...

Day Two...
the seeds are starting to crack open...

Day Five...

Day Seven...

Yes, I know...
it is after 6!

Lanny made a new creation...
he put his homemade Tarter Sauce
on his Egg Burrito...
he said it is very good!

Sparkly Day...

Out to the Barnyard!

The goats weren't interested today
so the chickens got the berries...

Maggie is coming in very well lately...
one call usually gets her...

Pup Pile Patrolling...

Marigolds are still going strong...

Planted another tray of
Tom Thumb Lettuce...

Got Maggie some steps
but I have not seen her use them yet...
I guess she will if she needs them...

Lanny wanted to join us
for our shopping day
and go to Costco...

So we headed down the hill around 9:30,
took Karyn some eggs,
went to UGO to see if they still had the
Maxwell House Coffee for $5.99
and they did!

Then we headed for Costco...

Did some shopping
(a LOT of shopping)
and then ate a Hot Dog...
Costco Food Court
Hot Dogs are SO good!!!
And SO inexpensive!

...we wanted to get some Rotisserie Chicken to freeze dry...
but they are remodeling the kitchen area
so didn't have the chicken...
But we will get some later...

We DID find some fabulous looking steaks!! :-)

And Al sent a Happy Face
to Sadie...
He has watched her grow up
from a teeny in an infant seat...
he hasn't seen her for awhile...
I need to get her over there to visit with him!

Got home and put everything away
and sat down for a little rest...

What a spoiled little lady!

We bought a Watermelon at Costco
and Lanny cut it up...
rinds for the chickens!

Six eggs today...
not too bad!

My little Frog Buddy...

We ran out into the woods in the MULE
to get the girls some tasty branches...

The horses used to be a little nervous about the MULE...

They don't even look around at us anymore...

Checking his minnow trap...

Cutting some Sweet Gum...

And some Kudzu...

Mom and Dad's Grave Marker...

Waiting for their treats..

Paula's Crepe Myrtle...
and Rose of Sharon...

Well, the goats are up for the night,
all the other chores are done...
we will eat fruit tonight:
Watermelon, Cantaloupe
and Grapes...
Yum...

We will also watch the first
"Night at the Museum"...
another fun one!

Goodnight Family and Friends...

God Bless you All!
