and found Rayne and Rodney
detailing his truck...
just because :-)

Good Sunday Morning ...
This is the day the Lord has made...
Maggie is having trouble
jumping on the couch and bed :-(
she is 11 but she could have arthritis,
I suppose....
I am hoping she has simply strained something
and will get over it...
but I have ordered some steps for her...
Max joined us this morning...
... for our Quiet Time Bible Study...
I am thinking today or tomorrow
I am going to start cutting some of these lovelies!
Well, I am starting another craft adventure...
I used to embroider a lot as well,
and as with all the other stuff
I have forgotten most of all I knew...
I want to make the two
Great Grands a wall hanging
with their name and birthdate
so I am practicing borders...
Very first one...
not great...
it is puckering,
but I will get there!!!
Day two germination...
Murph is sick again...
he didn't eat,
but Maggie and Casey did,
so they are now watching Lanny
assemble his breakfast...

Thought I would share a few pics of my Fall deco...
I used to go all out,
now just a little...
but it is enough for me
and I LOVE the colors of fall!!

and now it goes well with Fall...
Out to the Barnyard...
we had to manhandle the goats at 8:30 last night
to get them into their house...
they were spooked for some reason,
but we could find no clue as to why...
we searched their house,
the yard, everywhere...
they settled down
and seem fine this morning...
I hope that isn't going to be a nightly thing...
they have always LOVED going in the house at evening time...
Maggie seems fine when she isn't jumping on the furniture...
she can run and hunt as usual...

Heading for Sunday School and Church...
The Youth joined the Adult Choir this morning...
More people than seats!!!
And they sounded SO good!!!
We stopped at Subway for half a sandwich...
that way we didn't have to make lunch when we got home
and I could start cutting up veggies for todays Soup!
Looked on the cameras while we were gone...
Casey in the office staring at the door...
Mags and Murph in the front room bed listening for the car...
Cabbage and Smoked Sausage Soup...
Cornbread, of course...

His birthday was yesterday
but Paula had a card from him...

So thankful that the Girls
went in for bed with no problems tonight...
Whew!
All the chores are done and
we are ready to
settle down
and watch the next
Karate Kid...
