humidifier is helping at all...
Waiting for their breakfast time...
Max got a little too warm on the hearth :-)

in my Egg Basket :-)

Fiona thinks she should have a little pile
of grain on the milk stand...
did it once, and now it is a "thing"... :-)
Lanny does all the water...
it is just a bit too heavy for
me... I am SO delicate :-)!!!

Setting up our Borough Water Filter...
we bought it a while back
and finally decided to set it up...
we bought it for emergency use...
I didn't think I would be able to find a place
for it in my little kitchen...
But we made a place...
Is is large, yes,
but I am OK with it...
We ate some lunch
(Lanny ate left overs
and I ate a piece of chicken),
then we sat down to rest...
I rested (with my eyes closed :-))
and Lanny watched some golf...
For Supper I took some Pizza Casserole
our of the freezer...
warmed it up and...
Voila! YUM!!
Ran out to put the Goats to bed
and button up the barnyard...
Someone broke an egg in the nest box...
Lanny tossed it out and Rhoda grabbed it first...
yesterday I looked out the window
and Pepper was running,
with all the hens close behind,
with a mouse in her mouth!!!
Yes, chickens
catch and eat mice and small rats!!!
All the chores are done...The goats were very ready to go to bed
and I am very ready to get in my jammies...

Last Nights Movie Critique....
we didn't make it thru
the first three minutes of
"Tropic Thunder"...
Absolutely NOT going in to our rotation...

"War of the Worlds"
and it was pretty good...
We will watch the last one
on our $5 DVD tonight...
