I think 40 minutes was too long...
next time maybe 35..
but it is delicious...
the edges are just TOO brown...
I will cut them off :-)

Lanny made a lunch masterpiece today..
I am a plain tuna or lunch meat person
so I am not so good at making
something like this for him...
so....
he makes it himself...
Tuna, egg, onion, pickle, tomato and mayo
on my sourdough...
Oh, and cheese melted on top...
Peeked in on the Goat House...
Chickens, of course :-)

Cabbage, Kielbasa, Taters,
Carrots and Onion
SOUP!!!!
Tasha has a bad cold so they couldn't come,
but Rob, Molly and Nolan came over...
The Goats are in for the evening...
all the chores are done...
We are ready to settle down
with the Pack...
Tonight we will continue with Denzel...
