Quiet Time in Bible Study...
🍂
“O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you; I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, plans formed of old, faithful and sure.”
Isaiah 25:1 ESV
“looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Hebrews 12:2 ESV
“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17 ESV
“Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul.”
1 Peter 2:11 ESV
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ESV
“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Galatians 2:20 ESV

Maggie was enjoying her
Pack Time during last
nights movie...
as usual :-)
*****
It's Friday!
Clear Sky and lovely
Waning Crescent Moon...
All three waiting
for Morning Pack Time...
Checked on these two
Cuddle Bugs...
Bible Study Time...
This morning I am thankful for technology...
as annoying as it often gets :-)
it is very convenient to have
my Bible and devotional readings
in one place...
on my iPad.
I used to have a stack of books on the
end table and it was hard to share my
verses as I do now... it was typing back then,
and now it is cut and paste :-)
*****
He has to be close even when
he doesn't chose to go down to cuddle :-)
Some of these sound interesting...
I think I will try...
let me know if you do and
how it works?
Fed the Fur Kids their Breakfast...
Then we headed out to the Barnyard...
on the chilly side :-)
AM Pile Patrol...
My Fall Leaves Background
as we listen to Classical Music
on TuneIn...
Heading for the Gym...
Sunrise....
Taking it easy...
I am staying mindful of my back
not only when exercising
but all day... every movement
seems to involve the spine...
Came home and made our Breakfast...
one half an Avocado and
a Duck Egg and Cheese Omelette...
Yum!
Making some Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies...
I bake a few for today and tomorrow,
Then I freeze the dough ready to bake
for fresh ones any time!
Pop them in a freezer bag
and take out as many as you want...
I also make a big mess...
I am SO good at making messes :-)
Yum!
I am also simmering
Soup Bones on the back of the stove...
I will take the bits of meat
and make a small "stew" for us
and then continue to simmer the
bones for a LONG time for Bone Broth...
Baby is enjoying the sunshine...
And of course,
the hens have taken over the Goat House...
Fiona joined her to nibble
on Sky Pringles...
aka Leaves :-)
We don't rake up in the fall...
not only for the Girls
but because lots of little critters
overwinter in the leaves...
Interesting information...
Out the Kitchen Window...
...they love to lay up on their
platform and soak in the sun...
Fed the Fur Kids their Dinner...
Took the berries out to the Critters...
Baby was game,
but Fiona just wasn't interested today...
ALL the chickens were in the Goat House
and I had to call them out to get some berries...
Supper...
I have no idea what to call it...
I pulled meat off the soup bones
I am simmering, boiled some little taters,
added onions and diced tomatoes and
tomato sauce...
It was quite delicious...
proves you can make soup
with anything!
Had to run the chickens out
of the Goat House,
but these two can finally
have a little peace,
and some dinner...
PM Pile Patrol...
The Goats are in for the night,
the Barnyard is buttoned up
or battened down, whatever :-)
the chores are done
and we are heading for Jammies
and the couch...
Tonight we will start the newer
Star Trek Movies...
first one was made in 2009
with Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban
and so many other really great actors...
I have always been a Star Trek fan
but these new ones really
started it all over again :-)
Good Night Dear Family and Friends...
God Bless and Sweet Dreams!
