Cold start but this week

is supposed to be nice!

Breakfast for the Canine Babies...

Max wasn't interested

and let Murph eat his :-)

I let the broth cook down all night

so I have 4 cup jars of pretty concentrated

stock for soups, gravies, etc...

Put the dog food in the Freeze Dryer...

anxious to see how this works...

Maggie is watching me...

nearly any time I am in the kitchen...

Out to the Barnyard...

chilly but sunny!

She has been interested in this area

for several days... probably some

rodent activity...

we have lots of chipmunks

so it may not be rats or mice...

...she is checking out 

the whole barnyard this morning...

She loves it out here...

I love when her ears flap in the wind :-)

I am anxious for spring

and the greenery in the pond

to go with the vibrant colors

of our Fin Babies!

Time to make Laundry Soap...

I make a gallon and it lasts

several months... it is

pretty concentrated so

you don't have to use much

and it works perfectly...

I think I have saved

LOTS of money over the last

twenty some odd years!!!

What Fur Kids do best...

Out the Kitchen Window...

African Safari Screen Saver...

Detergent is cooling so I use

my emersion blender...

it cools to a pudding consistency...

lovely!

Yummy Lunch...

Lanny had Sardines and Crackers...

I had Smoked Oysters with Crackers :-)

Fed the Fur Babies their Dinner...

...and then made ours...

Fish Sticks, Mac and Tomato, Green Beans...

Costco has the best Fish Sticks around!

Just snagged this off Facebook...

PM Barnyard Duty...

didn't even need a jacket!

Maggie is smelling

Ethel is on a roll...

staying in the yard

laying this pretty blue egg!!

The Barnyard chores are done...
...the Goats and Chickens are

ready for the evening,

and we are getting that way...
