 Quiet Time in Bible Study...

🐐🐓

“Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”

Philippians 4:11-13 NASB1995

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance. Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness, Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. For our heart rejoices in Him, Because we trust in His holy name.”

Psalms 33:12, 18, 20-21 NASB1995

“Keep me as the apple of the eye; Hide me in the shadow of Your wings”

Psalms 17:8 NASB1995

“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it bear and sprout, And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.”

Isaiah 55:10-11 NASB1995

Good Morning!

It is Thursday February 12th...

where is the year going!!!

Waiting for Daddy :-)

Spy Cam...
Cuddle Bugs...

Here she comes...
Miss Canine America!

It's cool this morning...
time for a fire!

Hi Dad!

Bible Study Time...

Fur Kid Breakfast...

Decanting the Sparkly...

"Poke it Sir, poke it..."

Our Breafast Time...

Out to the Barnyard...
Don't 'cha just
love this Tennessee weather!!!
Actually, I do...
this time of year
we start getting little
nibbles of spring....
and then it's freezing again!

Waiting patiently...

Maggie did her rounds...
all is secure...

Duck egg, one blue and one pink...
the blue is Lucy...
not sure who does the pink...

Pup Pile Patrol...

Making some Banana Bread...
we found some ripe Nana's
at Aldi's...
it's been awhile since I made
Banana Bread...
Rob and Molly will be happy,
and I will give a loaf to Paula as well...

Max is as bad as the pups
wanting whatever I am cooking...
but the pups cannot climb
up to watch!

Ready for the oven...

Yep, I made a mess :-)

Out the Kitchen Window...

Banana Bread is done!
And it is YUMMY!
I used Einkorn
(an ancient grain)...
so it is good
AND healthy!

Made Dog Food...
I will freeze dry it
and gradually get the
dogs on it full time...

Maggie ate hers
immediately...
Murph circled it a couple times
and then ate it...

He says it is AOK!

My Woodsman!

Took Paula some
Banana Bread...
she is working...

Kady and Kody say Hi!
I sure miss Korky...
he was my buddy!!!

Made us a Tuna Sandwich for Lunch...

Lanny's favorite!

Lanny chopped wood all afternoon
and I just piddled around
in the kitchen...
I'm making some beef stock/broth...
cooked awhile,
took the meat off the bones
and then put the bones back
to cook all night...
there was no marrow
but the stock will be great!

For Supper
I made us a Pot Pie...
quick and easy...

Headed out to the Barnyard
to put everyone to bed...

Gave the Chickens some
Cracked Corn...

...the Goats got some grain
and Timothy Hay...
so they are happy...

We will get ourselves ready for the evening
and then settle down on the couch
with the Fur Kids and a snack or two...

Tonight we will watch Marvel's
"Captain America: Civil War"...
my least favorite of the series...
not because it isn't a great movie
but because I hate the idea of
"Civil War" among the Avengers...
but like real life,
stuff happens...

Good Night, God Bless and Sweet Dreams...
