Usual morning...(after our quiet time)...get Dad's medicines, gather up his cocoa thermos and water mug, make his bed, feed the dogs, let the chickens and ducks out...
The chickens aren't laying now, but I am consistently getting 2 lovely duck eggs per day!
Then to the kitchen to make cookies, turkey salad for lunch, bread for the day...I feel like I am always in the kitchen...good thing I like to cook!
I used to do this by hand! Now I let my Bosch do the kneading for me :-)
We had salmon cakes, macaroni and tomatoes, greens, boiled duck eggs, homemade bread and cherry cobbler and ice cream.
Now I am full and in my jammies and ready for tonights movie...last night we watched The Untouchables (Kevin Costner)...not sure what it will be tonight...
