Right before the sun peeks over the hill...our dusk to dawn light is still on in the yard...I love mornings!

Not much going on today. We went down the hill to get a few things but no major shopping.
I cleaned up the herb garden and the tomato garden and put a thick layer of straw over it. Next spring we will do a raised bed. The tomatoes did great with just mounds of dirt around the roots...I think they will be fantastic with deeper soil. We shall see.
Lanny and Danny worked on the mower, MULE and 4x4...changing oil, filters, etc. They are all in tip top shape for the next season.
We had Patty Melts for supper and now I am once again in my jammies with a full belly waiting for the main attraction...last night we watched Phenomenon (John Travolta) so I am not really sure what theme we are on...perhaps just watching movies we haven't seen in a year. I'll let you know...
