Mitzi decided she wanted to cuddle this morning...not usual for her :-)

It wasn't freezing this morning so my chores weren't too bad...still, it's so damp and cold! But, as usual, the chicks and ducks could care less.

My friend Wendy gave me a box of winter squash so I prepped a few this morning to freeze. I am going to try a couple different things so will probably do a few more tomorrow...maybe puree?

She gave me Butternut and Seminole.

Max loves the Southern Gospel station on iHeart Radio :-)

Lanny and I ran down the hill to Aldi's and continue to stock our pantry. It works real well to do it a little at a time...we are stocked up and ready for anything!

I made us all some Ramen for lunch and then Lanny and I headed to the couch for you know what...

Siesta Time!

Mitzi was in a mood today...she was adamant about cuddles...Maggie is never happy when she is not the one getting cuddles...

...and Max found his spot...

Lanny washed the car and I continued to sort and organize the pantry and other shelves in the house. With new plastic boxes and slide out drawers I can get everything where I want it. I enjoy that sort of thing...Wierd!

We had Meat Loaf Sandwiches and Dinner Fries for supper and Lemon Cake with Whipped Cream for dessert...

Chicks and Ducks are in bed, Potty Patrol is done, Lanny is cleaning up and I am already in my jammies...

Tonight we will watch Terminator 1. We have our own sequence. Lanny likes the newest Terminator Salvation first and then we go thru the other older ones.
