Max wants to be right in the middle of anything Lanny is doing...he follows him around inside and outside...he loves his "Daddy"! It makes blogging a little challenging in the morning but it all works out...
Cold morning and still so damp! I let the chickens and ducks out, collected my two duck eggs (every single day!) and came in quick. I am re-organizing the pantry...I'll post a picture when we get the shelves and new boxes in there.
I made some Mandarin Orange Jello and Marshmallows for dessert tonight.
We headed down the hill to go to the Knoxville Walmart and pick up an over the door shelf I ordered and of course we passed our favorite sight on Johnson Gap...the zoo animals!
Today is our Great Granddaughter Sylvia Faye's First Birthday!
The 32 cup coffee pot that I ordered came in today...I usually make at least two regular coffee maker pots in the morning so figured a large pot would be a lot easier for us...a house full of coffee drinkers. I will only make around 20 cups in it but it will be handy when we have family gatherings again...
We picked Sadie up at the bus drop around 1:30 and came up the hill and HOME!
I threw some Red Baron pizza's in the over for dinner...Lanny had to go in to church early so it was just Mom and Dad, Paula, Sadie and me... frozen pizza's aren't bad, but definitely not a "home cooked meal" :-)
I had to take a photo of Mom eating her Mandarin Jello...she always makes faces because it's sour!

I put the chickens and ducks to bed and did a puppy potty run and now I am sitting in front of the fire, in my jammies, ready to watch a Star Trek episode or two until Lanny gets home... no movies on Wednesday...
