Quiet Time....

Dad was up at 5 to get his morning goodies...

Not the usual study buddy...Mitzi doesn't usually join us..

Max cuddled in his Daddy's spot...

it's becoming a daily thing!

Headed out at 6am...

Enjoying their corn...

together...

Two eggs in the house, but I did find the third in the corner of the yard again...

"Grandma's Lily", a zephyr lily is budding again.

By this afternoon they will be open, and then, like a day lily their life will be spent...

Cucumbers are doing well...

And the beans...

More Zephyr Lilies...

I let the cucumbers come thru the fence so we can pick from both sides :-)

Lanny burning trash...

Finished a batch of Water Kefir "Sparkley"

Filled the Hummingbird feeders...we have three...

The fish are doing their fishy thing...

I expect to find little babies just any day...

An update on the Mealworm farm...

the beetles are doing their beetle thing...

mating and laying eggs...

And the teeny mealworms that will grow into snacks for my chickens and ducks...

Ran down to the dump, and a lunch date at Freddy's...

Fed Mom and Dad Tuna Sandwiches for lunch...

Found another umbrella frog (aka tree frog) when I opened the umbrella to shade the pond :-)
I put him in the flower pot..

The third duck egg in the corner of the back yard...

Thistle growing beside the pool...we left it for the birds...

Zephyr Lilies opened...

Resting for a few minutes before starting the afternoon shift...

James, Tasha and Sadie came over to swim...

I made Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy for Dinner...

The kids were still swimming...

Lanny went back out to mow a little, I cleaned up the kitchen and went out to talk to the kids for a few minutes before they went home.

I put the chicks and ducks to bed...
Sitting here in my jammies waiting for Lanny to get out of the shower...
Gonna watch the last Bourne tonight...
