Dad wasn't up so I settled right in to Bible Study time...

The fur kids and I snuggled on the couch until Lanny got up...

Dad got up around 5 and I took care of his morning needs...meds, coffee, donut and socks :-)

At 6 I made our bed, fed the fur kids and made a Chocolate Cheese Cake for our Dessert today.

I headed out at daybreak to say hi to the feathered kids...

they cannot come out and play...

Got another little duck egg...smaller than usual...she must be a little disturbed about all the drama the last few days...

Came in and made some Kim Chi...

Lazy dogs...

We had Hot Dogs and Chips...a few different dips and all the fixings...

for our Birthday Sunday Lunch... Mom loves Hot Dogs!

Happy Birthday Momma!

Lanny brought her a beautiful bouquet...

...and Daddy's card for her was a perfect match for the pink rose in the bouquet!

Fed the fur kids...

Maggie and Casey eat out of a Maze Bowl...it slows them down a bit...I think I need to get one for Murphy as well...he eats WAY too fast. 

Oh, Casey is wearing ace bandages because he scratches until he bleeds...allergies. The bandages keep him from making contact with his skin...it is a constant battle with him. He goes to the vet Tuesday...again...

Tried to take a nap but Max brought a mouse in the house and let it go...we never caught it...it's the second mouse he has let loose in the house in the last few months... not my favorite thing about cats...

I made some Peanut Butter Fudge, Chocolate Fudge and Peanut Butter Pinwheels (not nearly as pretty as Linda Smith's... but tasty :-) )

The candy will be for our little gathering on Tuesday night. Paula is making her Scotch-A-Roos and some Peanut Brittle.

Lanny has gone to church. Tonight will be the "Happy Birthday Jesus" Party with all the kids on stage with Brother Steve. I will miss being there...

I am watching an old Star Trek and finishing this post.

No movie tonight...
