Friday on the Farm... March 4

Quiet Time...

“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.”
Colossians‬ ‭4:2

****
Dad got up just a few minutes after I did...

I got his goodies together...
made him a couple of little chicken biscuits...

and then to
Quiet Time with my Pack!

Made our bed (moved Mitzi and the cat), fed the fur kids.
decanted the kefir (milk and water), made some brownies...

and then...

Headed out to the chicks and ducks.....

Sunup!

Tomorrow I will have MORE CHICKENS!!
I am so excited!

They are touching! Shhhhhhhh!

Second Breakfast:
Pancakes.
Mom even ate one...

Our cars' airbag was recalled so Lanny and I headed to Fox Toyota, in two cars, so we could run around while they fixed it. Turns out they had to order a part so we will have to go back, but we did go to Lowe's and Home Depot and Aldi's and ate lunch at McAlisters... so we had a date!!! It was fun!
He drove the van and I followed him...

The chickens are dust bathing IN the duck house...
go figure!

Max was getting a massage from Rob...
Max is a very unusual cat.
He LOVES everyone and LOVES to be rubbed,
even on his tummy!

Mom was enjoying the weather and talking to Robbie :-)

The van wasn't starting right while we we were out so Lanny checked it with his little machine (the engine light was on) and it told him what was wrong.
He and Paula fixed it... Genius!!! both of them!

Our sweet neighbor told Lanny he could have some materials that were out by his barn: two huge beams and some rubber... Lanny winched them to his truck and drug them over... he is going to make a duck pond in part of the pool site...
the ducks will LOVE it!!

Awwwww... a Coconut Egg!!

Now Coconut, Raven AND Bucky are dust bathing IN the Duck Box...

He brought the two beams and the rubber liner over...

Take one last look... the front side near the fence will be duck pond...
the back side garden.
He will put a fence between... you CANNOT have ducks near a garden.
They are SO messy!!!

For Supper I made Cabbage and Kielbasa, Potatoes, Onions and Carrots,
Garlic Bread and Brownies for Dessert!

It is SO beautiful outside... 78 degrees!!

Lanny is dragging the big timbers in with the MULE
and his handy dandy winch!!

My babies love cracked corn...

My garden so far...
herbs on the right, Brussels sprouts, lettuce and spinach on the left...

I'm ready to settle down for the next Marvel.
Tonight is Black Panther.

After eating lunch out and that big dinner I will probably not snack tonight.
But I still make Mom and Dad something yummy :-)

Goodnight Y'all!
God bless and Sweet Dreams!!
