Dad was up...
Got him situated with his coffee, his medicine and inhaler
and a Breakfast Burrito :-)
Then I settled down with Maggie and Mitzi...
Murphy didn't come in til a little later...
Murphy is under the brown puppy blanket.
He gets on the bottom of the recliner by my legs...
And Lanny got up about the time I was ready to jump into my day (5:45)...
so I didn't get to sit with him this morning...
And Max was in the bed waiting for me to scoop him up
and carry him into the living room :-)
Made the bed and got dressed for the day...
Fed the fur kids their breakfast...
And then headed out to the feathered kids...
One Gabby egg in the duck house...
last night I found one of Penny's eggs under the deck broken... very thin shell...
I am sure the heat isn't helping..
The fish are ready for breakfast as well...
Headed thru the big barn to the horse stalls...
Found the left overs of Max's late night snack in front of one of the freezers ...
Sorry, it is a bit gross. I cannot imagine that cat eating fur and bones
but this is all that's left, so he must be!!
Saw this beauty on the drive way...

At 7 I headed down the hill to grab Sadie.
She is out of school for the summer and Tuesday is our day!!

Decanted the kefir when I got home and took the berries out to the chickens...
Two Pearl Whites... one of my white hens laid a fairy egg..
tiny and no yolk!
Sadie is working on decorations for a party she will be having this weekend!
Made Eggs, Sausage and Toast for Breakfast...
Mom and I ate toast...
Hard to see it but one of the turtles is eating some sardines I took out...
Sadie brought a couple gloves and a ball
so Papaw could practice throwing and catching with her...
she is on a softball team...
they went down to the shade below the horse pasture...
I made us some Fried Baloney Sandwiches for lunch...
then Sadie went back out to work on her project
and Lanny and I sat down for a short rest...
It's so hot... I ran in and out taking cooling treats to the chickens and ducks
(they get hot too) and just piddling in the house. I am having computer/wifi/internet troubles today so I will be surprised if I can post...
my morning verses didn't go out until the afternoon!!!
For supper we had Hot Dogs, all the fixings, salad and pudding for dessert...
Rob came over after I took the pictures
and had "several" hotdogs :-)
He kinda likes hotdogs!
Lanny picked up the piles in the yard, Paula and I cleaned up the kitchen
and then she went to work on stalls
and I went out to button up the chicken run...
We watched "No Reservations" last night... a really cute/sweet movie.
Not sure what we will watch tonight.
I will let you know.
