Quit Time ...
“What then shall we say to these things?
If God is for us, who can be against us?”
Romans 8:31 ESV
*****
Daddy was up and waiting...
My Bible Study Buddies...
And often they don't move when I get up...
well, not until they hear their breakfast bowls rattling :-)
Moved Max off the bed
and he had his morning conversation and cuddle time...
Animals make it perfectly clear how they feel about you...
Max LOVES his Daddy!
Sparkley Time...
Berries for the birds!
For awhile Opal was right in the middle of everything
but she is starting to hold back again...
she won't jump right in for food or treats...
I hate when one gets skittish...
It's hard to tell in a picture
but Willow is getting little fluffs all over...
new feathers.
I'll bet she will be beautiful when she gets her new clothes!!
Penny egg...
Whipped up a Master Recipe of the White Artisan Bread...
It has to rise on the counter for about 2 hours...
Egg, Sausage and Toast for the men...
2nd Breakfast...
Mom had toast and her Boost...
Out the Kitchen Window...
Made a Lime Jello, Pineapples
and Marshmallows Dessert for tonights Dinner...
Not even one hour and this stuff is almost double...
Good yeast!!
Had to make regular bread as well...
it goes really fast these days!
Ready for first rise...
Now I will put this in the fridge overnight
to ferment a little and then make a loaf tomorrow.
It has just a little different taste and texture from my regular white bread.
Since it ferments overnight it has a bit of a sourdough flavor and feel...
First rise of the regular bread...
Ready for second rise...
Left over Pizza for lunch...
Mom ate a small piece. Her appetite is a little better...
Ready to bake!
Nap time...
the bread will be done in 25 minutes
but I will take it out of the oven and resume my nap...
Oh my! I should have made three loves with this batch.
8 cups of flour should make 2 regular loaves but these are huge!!!
Sugar egg...
See how big!
This will NOT fit in the toaster
and there is no slice of lunchmeat or cheese that will cover it!!
Bigger than my BIG hand!
More wood chips and horse manure...
A little hard to see but all the chickens (except Opal)
are having a blast digging for bugs in the manure!!
Bucky was running down the lane in front of him...
I know he isn't scared of the MULE...
Lanny has it back there ALL the time...
AND, it brings their bug treats :-)
I am in two rooms at once :-)
I warmed up some Spaghetti Casserole from the freezer for supper.
Mom ate a little...
I forgot to take a picture of us... Paula ate with us...
Anyway, the day is done for me...
Chores are finished, I am ready to get into my jammies
and sit on the couch with my pack...
We watched "Romancing the Stone" last night.
Tonight will be "Jewel of the Nile"...
Goodnight Y'all...
God bless and Sweet Dreams!
