Mom had a really bad night

and so I had a really bad night...

Dad was up and waiting

so I fixed him a couple Sausage Biscuits...

And then sat down with Maggie for Quiet Time...

Mom buzzed several times so it was not all that "Quiet" but it's always good :-)

Lanny joined us a bit later and Murphy and Mitzi did too...

Mitzi was upset by the rain...

5:45 Microgreen Check ups and watering time...

Max wanting some attention as I move him from the bed...

Made the bed and fed the children and headed out to the Flock and Fluffle...

A bit of rain so I was protecting the camera...

not many pics this morning...

Sparkley Day and Berries...

One cream colored so far...

Freeze drying Normandy Veggies and corn...

so far everything is turning out GREAT!!!

I am a fan!

Lanny and Paula drove halfway to Chattanooga today 

to look at a tractor...

they decided NOT to buy it.

I fed Mom and Dad a sandwich for lunch 

and worked on my Christmas Calendars...

Made some Beef Tips and Onions 

and left over Cabbage and Potatoes with some added Green Beans...

Quite delicious and filling!!

Chores are done...

I am actually beat...

it was a really busy day for me...

and no sleep last night :-)

We will watch the second Die Hard tonight...

it is a Christmas Movie :-)

Mom slept thru the night...

Dad was up :-)

Made him a Breakfast Burrito to go with his coffee and meds :-)

Started 1 Corinthians this morning... 

Finished Romans yesterday. I do love Romans...

Had only Maggie for a few minutes 

and then Lanny and Murphy came in to join me...

And Max...

5:45 Microgreen Time...

Made the bed, fed my fur babies 

and headed out to the Flock and Fluffle...

Good morning Thumper, Blossom and Violet...

Morning bath...

Made Daddy some pancakes for breakfast...

Mom drank her Boost Plus and ate Prunes and Grapes :-)

Turned the flakes in the coop and added a fresh bag on top...

smells so good and the chickies love it!

Hiding in the brush...

Lanny is working on the garden camera...

I have cameras everywhere, as you know.

I love to watch the critters!

Pepper in the nest box...

the only egg today...

For supper we had Beef Patty and Gravy, Stewed Potatoes, 

Fried Cabbage, Biscuits and Pudding for Dessert...

YUM!

Chores are done...

Another busy day and I am ready to settle in for another "Christmas Movie"...

WE watched Lethal Weapon last night :-)

It takes place at Christmas time so we call it a Christmas movie...

Tonight will be Die Hard... the first three take place at Christmas.

Then we start the REAL Christmas movies...

Nativity, The Robe, all the Christmas Carols, Santa Clause, Wonderful Life...

you know the list...

Monday on the Mountain... November 28

Quiet Time...

Sharing some pictures of Sadie's baptism last night...

Dad was up and waiting...

made him a couple Sausage Biscuits...

Settled down with just my fur kids 'til Lanny got up...

5:45 I tended to the Microgreens...

watered, checked the roots, all that Microgreen stuff :-)

Started some bread...

we sure go thru it!!

I do share with Rob and Molly and Paula tho,

so it's probably just about right!

In for first rise...

Heading out to the Flock and Fluffle!

Freeze Dry cycle finished with the Spiralized Squash ...

I put it in a bag for an hour or so to make sure there is no moisture left 

and then will vacuum seal it in a big jar...

Bread's first rise looks great!

Measure out for 4 equal loaves...

In the oven for second rise...

Made the men a Bacon, Pepper and Onion Omelet 

with Toast and Jelly...

Sparkley and Berry Day!

Bread's Done and ready for Turkey Salad Sandwich filling!!

LOVE left over turkey for salad!

I take Rob a loaf uncut, but Paula likes hers sliced.

And I end up with two loaves here...

Helped Mom walk out to the Bay Doors for a little sun...

Paula had cataract surgery on one eye this morning 

so joined us in her Pirate Patch :-)

The sky was gorgeous today!!

I LOVE clouds!!

Sassy is in the box... 

I think there's more than one egg under her right now :-)

...they are hoping I have some goodies...

And I did!

They enjoyed the Pea and Sunflower Microgreens today...

And the chickies got a treat when Lanny hauled in another load of horse manure 

from our Stables... Paula has been dumping in a special spot since we moved here and Lanny is taking the oldest pile...

Excellent compost for the garden! 

And the chickens love the bugs and worms that are in it!

Three eggs today...

hope there are more...

So far I have done 3 batches in the Freeze Dryer... 

apples, bell peppers and squash...

ALL are fabulous!

I think I am LOVIN' this machine!!!

Microgreen Salad for tonight...

Green leaf lettuce, cucumbers, sunflower and pea micro greens...

I will drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar,

add some salt, pepper and garlic and

YUM!!!

I am also making Chicken Pot Pie 

in my new Marquette Castings Dutch Oven!!

Drop Biscuits on top...

Man! Yummy and very filling!!!

All the chores are done...

It is JAMMIE TIME!!

We finished the Harry Potter series 

and Lanny said it is time to start the Christmas movies... 

you will be surprised what some of our Christmas movies are.

Not sure what he will start with so I will tell you tomorrow :-)
