Tuesday in the Hills... November 8

Quiet Time...

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You,
because he trusts in You.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭26‬:‭3‬ ‭ESV‬‬

*****
Daddy slept in a bit this morning.
He and Mom have lab work at 9:15
so they cannot have anything to eat.
He will not be happy :-)

Dad got up around 5:30 so I took him his meds and coffee
(he drinks it black) but NO first breakfast...

Max had to be removed to make the bed :-)

Sparkley Day and Berries for the Birds...

Out to the flock...

Look at that most interesting western sky!
Very odd but beautiful cloud formation...
Looked like snow capped mountains.

We headed for Oak Ridge for Mom and Dad's appointment around 8:30.
The Johnson Gap Bridge is closed so we had to go around via Dutch Valley Road.

Only blood work today.
We will go back next Tuesday for results and their wellness exam.

Then we went to Shoney's for Breakfast.
I wasn't sure that Mom would be up to it but she said it was OK!
Dad LOVES to go for breakfast but he doesn't eat like he used to...

Then after we took them home Paula came and sat with them
while Lanny and I went to vote.
Not sure why, but out voting place is Lake City Middle
and that is pretty far!
But it was a nice drive
and we were in and out in about 10 minutes...
painless :-)

I can't go out the gate without an entourage...
Beggers all!
... and I LOVE it!!

Lanny nearly has the first hutch finished...
We just cannot wait for our bunnies!

Popcorn Shrimp, French Fries, Macaroni and Tomatoes,
Spinach, Microgreen Salad, Garlic Bread
and Cinnamon Applesauce and Graham Cracker for Dessert...

Chores are done...
Lanny is in the shower.
I am finishing this post and ready to settle down on the couch with my Pack...
We watched Shawshank Redemption last night...
it is a favorite!!

I think tonight we will start some Star Trek movies...

Goodnight Y'all...
God bless and Sweet Dreams!

Psalm 121:3–4
He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. Indeed, He who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. (NLT)
