Quiet Time...

Mom buzzed me twice in the night..

Dad didn't get up until around 4:30.

I made him some Sausage Biscuits 

and sat back down with my Pack...

These are ready for harvest...

10 days growth...

This is day two in Black Out...

This is day three under weight...

I will start a new tray today...

I may be just about ready to give y'all some Greens!!!

I need to plant more lettuce too...

it is growing SO well under these lights 

and with a few more I would never have to buy lettuce...

Look at this little darlin all curled up...

uncomfortably... :-)

Started another tray...

Flock and Fluffle Time...

Another Penny egg under the nest boxes!!!

Penny's eggs are elongated and a little bent :-)

and always oddly marked...

but they are delicious!!!

Sparkley Day,

and Berries...

...for the birds!

Made the men Fried Eggs, Sausage and Toast for Breakfast...

Cleaned the Rabbit Hutches

with a little help from my feathered friends...

Sugar was singing up a storm,

but NO egg yet.

I did have some later so perhaps she was just advertising 

what she was GOING to do :-)

And the other hens were interested too...

When I fill up the water trough 

the ducks LOVE to suck up the water I pour out...

Coppertina likes to drink under the drip of the hose...

Even Roo was enjoying playing in the mud puddle...

I took out the soil with roots and stems from the Microgreen tray I harvested...

They like to nibble on the stems...

Had left over Pizza for lunch...

Then a short rest...

Mitzi gets a little petting and then hits the floor with her bone...

Making Kielbasa, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery and Cabbage Stew...

Home canned Potatoes, Freeze Dried Celery and Carrots...

YUMM!!

I love being able to see my ducks and chickens from the kitchen window...

Microgreen Salad...

Baby lettuce, the greens, olive oil and balsamic vinegar...

PERFECT!!!

Added some biscuits!

So, chores are done...

it is that time of day...

We watched "Inside Man" last night... a good one.

Tonight we are watching Book of Eli...
