Quiet Time...
"Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine,
and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man,
which built his house upon a rock:"
Matthew 7:24 KJV

From yesterday...
Sylvia and her new Bubble Machine!
*****
I laid in this morning :-)
We didn't get to bed until about 9:30 last night.
That is VERY late for us!
The first crew...
Mitzi, Maggie, Murphy...
and Me...
Then my Honey comes in
and it's nearly complete (except for Max)...
The Goat Camera...
The Goats were snuggled in their favorite spot...
I am playing Classical music for them
and the chickens...
Don't laugh!
It works!!
I got behind on my greens...
I started a new tray yesterday
and will start another today...
I hope I have enough for next weeks orders!!!
Peas and Carrots and Shredded Carrots
are out of the Freeze Dryer...
Packaged and ready to store away...
Time for
Flock, Fluffle, Friskies, Fins and Shells...
I won't let the goats out yet...
They have plenty of hay and water...
Taken with the Goat Cam...
But I will go in and sit with them
while they eat Goat Pellets and get some lovin'....
Sparkley Day...
I made Dad some Waffles for Breakfast...
Lanny had eaten a big bowl of cereal a little earlier
and already gone out to do some weed-eating on the driveway...
I moved the Tomatoes out into the Barn Greenhouse...
and repotted the peppers into the 4" cups
and moved them out there too...
Lettuce is doing well...
And this is the Walking Stick Kale...
it will soon be OK to plant these outside...
I LOVE this picture!!
The goats like smelling the chickens...
and the chickens don't mind too much...
Gave them some spaghetti noodles :-)
Willie is interested in what you may be eating...
...only two days and they already know!!
The fourth duck egg under the goat steps...
Pepper broke one of the eggs so 7 left...
Day 7....
Momma Pepper arranging her nest
and rolling her eggs...
One of the turtles is out today...
this time of year they go in and out
of the hibernation hole they dug for the winter...
soon they will come out to stay...
Made Deli Chicken Sandwiches
and Chips for our lunch...
...with Microgreens...
the microgreens take the place of lettuce
and are absolutely delicious on a sandwich!
Heading for the Freeze Dryer...
Broccoli and Riced Cauliflower...
This wrens nest is in Lanny's shop...
it is in one of his tool boxes...
we noticed today that Momma had lined her nest
with a snake skin!
For Dinner I made Chili Mac
with Roast Beef instead of Ground Beef...
YUM!
Also Microgreen Salad
of course...
but went in to sit with them awhile...
