Quiet Time...
"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying,
I am the light of the world: he that followeth Me
shall not walk in darkness,
but shall have the light of life."
John 8:12 KJV
*****
From last night as we watched
"Quigley Down Under"
Rise and Shine!
Waiting patiently for me...
Daddy feeding Casey forbidden Breakfast Burrito...
he thinks I don't know he does it :-)
Our Bible Study Time is also
Puppy Cuddles Time :-)
And Casey has joined us in the living room
for several days now...
he also slept in the little bed I made him
by my side of the bed in our room...
Two nights in a row...
My indoor garden is getting crowded...
as soon as it is not too cold at night
I will move the garden plants
out into the Barn Green House...
Flock, Fluffle and Fin Time...
Lanny is already at work out back...
we are getting ready for goats!!!
Made the Men Fried Duck Eggs,
a big Sausage Patty and Toast for Breakfast...
...as you know we have our water turned off
because there is a major leak in Rob and Molly's house.
We can turn it on for short periods of time
when we need to fill pans, jars, etc.
but only for about 20 minutes at a time.
The Hero's will be here tomorrow to get us fixed up with water
while they look for the leak. It is somewhere under
the thick concrete slab under Robbies bathroom...
not an easy fix!
And probably NOT cheap...
Sparkley Day...
berries for the birds!
I also had some sweet peppers
that were a little past fresh for us...
the chickens LOVE that sort of thing...
I fed the men some Deli Chicken Sandwiches for lunch
and then they headed down the hill for some errands...
a Homestead delivery in Clinton and the bank and CoOp...
Dad sits in the car but LOVES to go!
*****
The American Honeysuckle is growing fast!
And the American Wisteria is budding out.
I hope we don't get a freeze...
we often do and then the wisteria
is just done for it...
til summer...
You know I am a real farm girl
when I have dirt under my fingernails ALL the time :-)
A turtle is out from her hibernation hole
for this warm weather...
I cleaned up the Turtle Habitat today...
Gave them a little bigger water hole...
This is mint and when it grows up (which it does VERY fast)
they will have a nice and shady and cool "chill out" spot...
Max OWNS this place...
Hmmm, ya think I should clean that gutter down spout?
to pick us up some goodies from Taco Bell...
Hey, I have NO water to speak of
and that is a good reason NOT to cook...
Lanny said "How long are you gonna ride THAT horse?..."
I said "As long as the saddle fits!"...
I had a Burrito Supreme and a Taco!
...on a paper plate!
YUM!
we are in our Jammies
and ready for Movie Time...
Tonight is
"Out of Africa"
Goodnight Family and Friends...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
