Friday on Walden's Mountain... May 19

Quiet Time...

"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God,
believe also in Me. In my Father's house are many mansions:
if it were not so, I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you,
I will come again, and receive you unto Myself;
that where I am, there ye may be also."

John 14:1-3 KJV

*****

Wake up, Sleepyheads!

Daddy didn't get up until nearly 8!!!
I didn't have to make him a second breakfast!!

Max joined us!

Time for Greens...
all is well...

Out to the Barnyard!

Those Ducks!!!

They don't care where they lay sometimes!

Brought home some left overs
from last nights dinner at Outback...
Dad didnt' eat all his squash
and we also brought home the potato skins...
they all loved it!!

We put Violet in with Thumper but she would have NONE of it...

we left them together about 15 minutes

but she didn't want to so we took her out...

she was a little upset.

We will try again at a later date :-)

The Pond looks SO good.

Great flow from the new pump

and the skimmer is working as it should.

They love it and so do we!

Sparkley Day...

Nice Virginia SweetSpire...

planted last year by the Koi Pond

and it is coming up nicely!

Planted the Grapes along the fence in the back yard...
not the Goat and Chicken Yard :-)

We will try to train it along the fence...

We are moving Dad into Mom's room...
it has two windows and it will be a change for him...
He is excited.
We only moved his chair and a few things today.
We will make sure he likes it.
The set up is very different and it may not work out...
He seems to think it will be great
and that will be what matters!

New Mulch!

New mulch behind the Duck Pond!!

And new mulch under the Goat Fort...
all the critters love to get under here...
I think it is cool and also safe...

Willie is the most curious of the three I think...
He is always into something!

Casey is very trusting...
I am cooking and he is right there under foot...
sometimes he is smart and gets under the island,
but tonight he is living dangerously!

Made some Baked Fish that Lanny and his brother Danny caught on their last fishing trip together...
with Mac and Cheese and Mixed Veggies... YUM!!

The chicks and ducks loved
the little dab of left overs I gave them...

The Goats are in for the night...
their last feeding
and then it is hay for the rest of the night
and sleepy time...

Luke is supervising Paula and Shelly in the Pasture...
we have such helpful critters around here...
mostly cheerleaders, no players :-)

Ten Eggs today...

Daddy says he loves the room...
we shall see after he sleeps in the bed tonight.
We will bring his stuff in when we are sure
he wants to stay in here...

Time to call it a day!

We are ready for the third "Left Behind"
and snuggle time on the couch with our Pack...

Goodnight Family and Friends...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
