Sunday on Walden's Mountain... June 18

Quiet Time...

"Commit your way to the Lord,
trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass."
Psalm 37:5
*****

Good Morning...

Quiet Time with my Pack...

These two will get one more day in Black Out...

And these two one more day under weight...

Lettuce...

Out to the Barnyard...

Soldier Fly Grubs...
they are still picking up steam...
hopefully the bin will start filling up with many more grubs...
they like lots of scraps and nice warm nights...

Lanny is nearly finished painting my laundry cubby...

Fabulous Fiona..

Sweet Baby Jane...

Silly Willie :-)

Made the Men some Fried Eggs,
Sausage and Toast...

Sparkly Day...

I will look for some organizers
and a cutesy sign about how wonderful laundry is :-)

.... now the other rooms look a bit drab...

once you start painting it just goes on and on...

the bathroom is next :-)

Whenever I look out the window and don't see the goats
I check the cam in their house...
very often they are in there relaxing...
I am SO glad they like their house...

Prepping eggs for the freeze dryer...

One dozen will fit into each tray...
I use my old Vita-Mix...

I can pour one dozen blended eggs
into the tray IN the freezer...
I tried doing it in the kitchen
and carrying it to the freezer...
do NOT try it :-)

Four dozen eggs, in the tray and covered...
I will freeze them for a couple of days
and then they will go into the freeze dryer...

Harvested some Greens...

Took the tray out to the birds
along with the four dozen egg shells...

The goats are always nosey,
but not always interested...

...but Fiona DID nibble a little...

Their Daddy brought home some more browse goodies...
American Beech... a new treat for them...

Between the tool boxes and hard to get too...
little boogers!!

Elsa and Anna...

Everyone but the ducks want to go in here...
when we first got the ducks they loved their duck house...
but then they discovered they were allowed to sleep in the chicken coop, and that was that!

Spaghetti for Supper...

Yum!

Rob and Molly came over and fixed themselves a plate
but I didn't take their picture... too busy eating :-)

Here is the morning's fun goat fix...

Our day is done...
ready to settle down on the couch with the Pack
and another John Wayne movie...

tonight will be
"In Harms Way"...
also starring Patricia Neal and Kirk Douglas...

Goodnight Family and Friends...
God Bless and Sweet Dreams!
