Monday on Walden's Mountain... October 16

Quiet Time...

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

Matthew 7:13-14 KJV

MONDAY, MONDAY,
SO GOOD TO ME :-)

Comfy Bible Study Time...
Dad was up when I came in to the living room,
so I fixed him up and sat down with my Pack...

I will let these go into Black Out tomorrow...

Lettuce is growing nicely...

Out to the Barnyard...

Waiting for me :-)

They get their corn scratch
before I let the goats out so that they get some :-)
the goats love it and shouldn't have much...

Sweet Susie...
Fiona doesn't mind sharing one bit!!

Leaves are turning...

Made the men some Pancakes,
Sausage and Orange Slices...

Lanny is winterizing the Goat House and Chicken Coop...
they will be snug as bugs in a rug :-)

Made some Cinnamon Rolls for us...

And a couple loaves of Herb Bread
are in the oven for second rise...

Baked and smelling up the house!!
YUM!

Sparkley Day...
a little later than usual...

Berries for whoever can get them first...

Someone asked where I have my freeze dryer...
It is in the "Parlor" ...
the room between Mom and Dad's part of the house and ours...
It is very convenient there
and we don't mind the bit of noise or the heat...

Lanny brought home some Chicken Leg Quarters
that were on BIG sale :-)
YUM!!
Baked those and added French Fries,
Green Beans (home canned) and Salad!!

Put the Goats to bed,
got the chickens and ducks settled down and fed...

Ready to settle down ourselves...
Jammies and a movie...

Tonight we will watch one we haven't watched in a while...

"King Arthur"...

Goodnight Family and Friends...

God Bless and Sweet Dreams!
