Good Saturday Morning...

Yep, it's 3:33 Janie :-)

I promise I do not do that on purpose!

Dad was up so I took his coffee, 

meds and breakfast in,

and of course, Casey is begging :-)

Maggie is under the blanket 

waiting for me to sit down...

... and Mitzi is waiting for her Daddy to sit down...

This entire house is full of "creatures of habit"!

One more day of Black Out...

Made the Men

Waffles, Sausage and Orange Slices...

Bundled Dad up and sent him out with Lanny to Tractor Supply...

it is SO hard for him but he loves it...

He sits in the car, of course,

but loves the drive...

The Calvary Winter Concert is tomorrow night 

with Bruce's regrouped "New Creations" 

and we are going to try to get Dad there... 

he LOVES Church and he LOVES hearing Bruce sing... 

he is very hard of hearing but can usually hear the singing at church...

Rain is starting...

When it rains hard our septic field lines cannot drain 

so we can't flush the toilet...

puts a bit of a damper on my feelings about rain :-)

Fortunately everything else is gray water...

Didn't take a lot of pictures today...

first of all, it is pouring rain

so I haven't been out with the critters...

and...

I have been decanting some herbal tinctures 

that I had brewing in the cupboard..

And discarding and washing some old expired tinctures 

I have been hanging on to for years...

I am going to be more diligent about labeling and dating...

For Supper I Baked some Potatoes in the InstantPot...

Had left over Chili, and all the other toppings...

Salad (my Lettuce and Microgreens)

YUM!!!

Oh, and Garlic Toast, of course!

Chores are done...

the critters are all taken care of

and we are ready to get cleaned up

and sit ourselves down on the couch

with our Pack...

Tonight is

"SALT"...
