Saturday on Walden's Mountain... March 2

Quiet Time...

"and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another,
even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
Ephesians 4:32 KJV
*****
Yesterday's Egg Haul!

Good Morning Saturday!

He started peeking out the doorway around 6...
I swear that boy can tell time!

But we were still doing our couch time...
so he just has to wait!

Keeping us warm and toasty!

The herbs are doing well...
hope they repot and transplant well...

iHeart starts every morning for me
with Sunflowers...
even the TV in Dad's room...
now the craft and greenhouse room :-)

Max was stretched out LONG
in front of the fire!

LOVE the Sunflower
welcome screen!

And the fields of sunflowers too...

My fireman had to run out for more wood!

Out to the Barnyard...

Waiting for me to come out...

Very misty and overcast...

Made a BlueBerry Pastry for Breakfast...
It was a frozen thing that Sadie sold us for a fundraiser...

This vanity table has been in Momma's room for ever!
and Kyra played at it nearly every time she was there
(she lived across from Mom and Dad down in Oak Ridge)...
so this belongs to Kyra now,
as soon as she can take it home :-)

We sat down for a bit
and Maggie and Murphy entertained us..

Then they wore out
and snuggled on my leg...

I've been going thru drawers and boxes and
found these stuck here and there in Dad's stuff...
I love old pictures
that I have forgotten...

Momma was gorgeous...
and so was my Daddy!

...SO handsome!!!

Made us a Grilled Cheese for lunch
on my Herb Bread...
Delish!

We ran to Oak Ridge for a few things
and passed Oreo on the way...

And a couple of Tuck's Zebu wives...

And the Camels!

We had to get some Chicken Feed..
that is 50 pounds he has tossed over his shoulder!!

Waiting for us to sit down for our Second Nap...

Chilling Out...
they love their platforms...
for play AND for relaxing :-)

And I LOVE watching them from the window...

For Supper I made Chili with the left over pinto beans...
"waste not, want not"!!

Baby LOVES how the chicken feathers smell...
she is so often nuzzling in their feathers...

And some of them don't mind at all!!!

Well, we finished with the Men in Black...
tonight we are going to start
"The Terminator"
Yes, we are undoubtedly weird
and we can't help it :-)
BUT at least we are BOTH weird
 together!!! :-)

The chores are done and the kitchen is clean...
we are ready to settle down on the couch
with each other and our pack...
I am crocheting...
well, I have yarn and I am doing stuff with it with a hook...
I hope it turns out to be crochet :-)

*****

Tasha says James is having trouble eating
and has a lot of nausea and vomiting...
please lift him up in your prayers...
he is my baby...
even if he is 51 years old....
This is only the end of the second week of seven... :-(

Goodnight All...
God Bless and Sweet Dreams!
