Good morning Wednesday...
They are both under the same blanket again :-)
We had our usual Quiet Time,
with the door open listening to frogs and birds :-)
Then to the Green Room...
Now ready for a few days of Black Out...
And this one ready for the light...
Almost ready for harvest :-)
I also did a new tray of Microgreens today...
Had to move him to make the bed :-)
Waiting for Breakfast :-)
Sunny Good Morning...
Freeze Dried Lemons were done...
bagged them up...
Out to the barnyard...
Bernadette...
always ready for breakfast...
So are these two :-)
Bucky...
he is crowing...
Hard to see,
but several of the new dark ones
are wrestling around
in the rocks...
Looks like courting behavior to me!!!
Murph isn't usually a lap dog,
but occasionally he wants some lovin'...
It's getting so hot later in the day,
I sure hope the flowers can stand it...
I am paying close attention to watering...
Where is my animal cracker!
Made some egg muffins!
Looked out and
nearly everyone is relaxing...
You can barely see the BIG Koi/Carp
in this pic...
hopefully they will get used to us
and come up for food...
Muffins are done...
Lanny brought some Kudzu up for the girls...
Yes, the LOVE it!
Sparkly Day...
Paula and I did our usual Wednesday thing...
made deliveries, went by Tractor Supply for dog food,
and stopped for lunch...
Philly Cheese Steak!!!
At Jefferson Restaurant...
Whoa, are we FULL!!!
Then we stopped at Food City for some groceries
(after eating that HUGE lunch it's hard to buy groceries :-))
then we headed home...
Checked on the fish and fed a little...
I am feeding little bits three or four times
a day so they associate me with food!!!
Like everything else around here :-)
They are watching me :-)
It won't be long...
Lanny ate a big hot dog at the Golf Course
and I had that huge sandwich
so we sat down and rested for a few minutes.
It was later than usual so no long nap...
but the pups joined us anyway :-)
We will head out in a bit and put the goats to bed,
put up the chicken feed,
gather the last of the day's eggs,
pick up the pup piles
and get ready for the evening...
We have been going out to check for eggs often today
and this looks more like it!!
If the snakes don't find them
they can't eat them :-)
There were still hens in the nest when I went out last,
so there may be more when we go out for the final check :-)
We will watch the last "X-Men" tonight...
*****
James said he is feeling well this week.
The IV treatments several times a week keep him hydrated
and he is eating small amounts regularly thru the tube
and it is staying down...
Thank you for your continued prayers!!!
Goodnight Family and Friends...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams...
