Hello Weekend!
Opened the door this morning...
Snuggled a few minutes...
While Lanny checked his blood sugar
and did his insulin...
Then Bible Study Quiet Time...
Day Three Germination...
Fed the Pups and Mr. Max,
then headed out to the Barnyard...
Pepper is still on the "nest"...
that girl!!!
Penny laid her egg
right here in the driveway...
ducks just don't care!

Mimosa...
Bumble Bee...
Made Egg Muffins
for my Man!!!
Sparkly Day...

Sunning before it gets too hot...
Green onions out of the freeze dryer...
Lanny getting stuff ready to continue on the porch awning...

I powdered some freeze dried strawberries and bananas
and put it in plain Greek yogurt...
YUM!!!

My progress last night...
Left overs for Lanny's lunch...
I was nibbling all morning while I was cooking...
Finding Shade...
Waited a bit too long to check
for eggs... this big guy already had one
in his belly...
I moved him out of the Goat House...
91degrees!!!
Lanny is working in the shade
but it is still HOT!
These ladies stay in the shade
as much as possible as well...
Lily is open...
Had to run down to Food City
to get a couple things for tomorrows dinner...
Back to work :-)
Made Chicken Stir Fry for Supper...
And egg rolls :-)
And then back to work...
for just a few minutes...
Went out after supper
(we try to go around 4:30)
to give fresh water, some treats
and put the goats in their shelter...
We did it fast!
It's 99 out there!!
All the outside chores are done,
the kitchen is clean,
the pup piles are taken care of...
It is time to clean up and
put my jammies on!!!
