Friday on Walden's Mountain... August 9

Quiet Time...

πŸƒπŸŒΏ

“for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Do all things without grumbling or disputing; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I will have reason to glory because I did not run in vain nor toil in vain.”

‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭13‬-‭16‬ ‭

“Those who love Your law have great peace, and nothing causes them to stumble. Let my lips utter praise, for You teach me Your statutes. Let my tongue sing of Your word, for all Your commandments are righteousness. I long for Your salvation, O Lord, and Your law is my delight.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭165‬, ‭171‬-‭172‬, ‭174‬ ‭

“He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.””

‭‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭36‬ ‭

“Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”

Hebrews 13:16

Good Morning Friday!

We had our Quiet Time...
I just got distracted :-)
I am always on the couch with the fur kids
before Lanny comes in...
so if I get involved in my reading
I just forget to document our Pack Time...
It is exactly the same every morning tho,
so you can use your imagination and probably
get an accurate picture in your minds eye :-)
Have I told you lately
that we are "routine people"? :-)

Headed for the Inside Garden
about 5:45...
Day Two Germination...

Lookin Good!

Breakfast Time...
the fur kids have eaten,
but that doesn't stop them from begging!!

Especially Casey!!!

Out to the other "kids"
and our feathered babies...

Maggie is ready...
we made Casey stay in today....
he eats WAY too much "you know what!!"

Not sure what Maggie thought was up on that pole
besides a bird house...
she is a huntress!

The Goats don't mind sharing with the chickens
or vise versa....
they are all pretty good buddies!

AM pup pile patrol...
also pushing down the mole tunnels...
we have a terrible mole problem.
they don't do anything but mess up the yard
but that is enough!!

Fiona is peeking out the door
hoping I have something else to treat her with...
she was a bit picky this morning...
she didn't eat an animal cracker
or a tomato or an oyster cracker...
Too bad because that was all I had!

Max wanted to go to work with
Rob and Nathaniel!
You have to check the vehicals
if you leave the door open...
he is liable to be in there.
We even have to warn the
delivery drivers and service guys that come up...
Max is SO lovable and friendly and
would go with anyone!!

Gave the barnyard gang a tray of lettuce...
they love it!

Working on Calendars!
I am getting a head start this year.
I haven't been able to make really nice ones
for several years so I am excited to work on these!!
They will have personal photos for each person
and their own birthdays (their families
beside us :-))

Lanny is working on the electric fence
connection.. gotta keep
our babies safe!

I had been snacking on nuts
so Lanny made himself a dish
mixing some left overs together
and then we sat down for a little snooze...
Maggie is a MESS!!!

I've been playing on this computer nearly all day...
oh, I did do some barnyard chores...
fresh water, hay to the goats,
checking for eggs...
but mostly I have been "crafting"...

For supper we had
Chicken Strips,
Seasoned Fries
and Chopped Bacon Caesar Salad...
YUM!

We will go out and do a final egg check,
pick up the pup piles,
give the goats some grains and fresh hay
for the night,
snug them in to their house
and come in to get ourselves ready
for the evening...

The next movie in the Marvel line is
"Ant Man"...

Goodnight All!
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
