Quiet Time...

“Commit your works to the Lord and your plans will be established. Better is a little with righteousness than great income with injustice. The mind of man plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps. The highway of the upright is to depart from evil; He who watches his way preserves his life. Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before stumbling. He who gives attention to the word will find good, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones. There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city.”
Proverbs 16:3, 8-9, 17-18, 20, 24-25, 32
“To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens!”
Psalms 123:1
“For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.”
Romans 14:9
“Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,”
Hebrews 12:1
“The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.”
Romans 13:12

Good Morning Tuesday!!!
Another very nice cool morning
to open the door and let
the morning sounds come in...
Very nice "music" to study by!
5:45 ish...
into the Garden Room.....
Progress from last night...
the movie is a good one
so I got a bit distracted now and then :-)
You know what she is waiting for...
Max too...
I swear these fur kids can tell time!!
Not quite sunrise
but the sky up here is always beautiful!!
Max ate his breakfast
and is now sitting in the drive way
to keep watch for bunnies and small rodents :-)
Planted a new tray of lettuce...
...and Microgreens...
they have to be weighted down
for three days to encourage
strong growth...
Printing calendars...
nearly done with this phase...
I print the general calendars
and then personalize each one
for each family member...
Out to the Barnyard...
My groupies...
waiting at the gate!
And Maggie is raring to go!
I have to toss them something
so I can walk to the food box and goat house...
otherwise it takes a LONG time
and caution that I don't trip over one or two!
One duck egg in the middle of the coop floor...
And one in the spot that we WANT
them to be in :-)
They are always hungry when we let down
the food bucket...
We hang it high at night
so the resident rats can't get to it!
On a scent trail!
Murphy as well...
I am SO glad the goats and chickens like to share...
Hard to see her...
Pepper under the Goat Platform step...
This is NOT where we intended them to lay eggs...
but they do!
I think she has been broody and sitting
for three months now...
Pulled off the rose hips and faded roses
as well as a few fresh ones
because Ladies LOVE Roses!
Lanny hard at work in his outdoor shop...
Working on wenches...
Rob and Thaniel heading to work!
Beauty shots of hens in the nest box...
not necessarily laying eggs...
mostly just pretending to :-)
Freeze drying some herbs...
Basil and Rosemary...
Paula and I heading down to the Walmart Salon
to get our hair did!
Working on his Toro Belt...
We went to Golden Oak for supper!!
Ate TOO much,
but YUM!!!
Tonight we will watch
"Thor Ragnarok"...
odd, but fun!
*****
Goodnight All!
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
