A Day in the Life / Saturday, January 2

Quiet Time....

"Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee."

Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV
*****
I love this view...no matter the weather or temperature!!

But the temperature was not bad at all :-)

So, have you figured out our Saturday routine yet? Breakfast at Hoskin's Drug Store! I love the BLT...maybe not the usual breakfast food but I do love it!!!

We went to Kroger's and Aldi's afterwards, as usual, but didn't need much...a few little items and home we went!

We learned more about our new car...it has buttons for everything...maps, voice controlled stuff, touch things...it may be a 2013 but it is very sophisticated! I don't know if I could have a brand new car! They are way smarter than me!

I made Ramen for lunch... Mom and Dad like it and we were still pretty full from breakfast...

Then, of course, we headed to the couch for our after lunch Siesta!

Lanny worked on the barn door so that Paula could open it from outside in case she needed to get in when the bay doors are closed...

...and I had to go feed Dandy and Takota a carrot...they were begging!

Paula on the porch.... sounds like a book title, doesn't it? I love my Sissy!!!

Daddy loves our new car...Lanny took him out for a spin...

You remember the beans I started sprouting earlier this week? ... well, tonight I made some Buttered Noodles, stir fried Onions, Sprouts and Garlic, added some big Shrimp, and WOW! Of course, anything with buttered noodles is great!

So, I am full, clean, in my jammies and ready for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire...and probably some popcorn. No matter how full I am I can always eat popcorn!

Goodnight Y'all....
