Quiet Time...

Daddy got up right after I came into the living room...
Made him some Biscuit Roll Ups to go with his coffee and meds
and headed for the couch...
Lanny got up soon after and joined me...
I jumped into second gear around 5:45 to make the bed and feed the fur kids...
then headed outside to take care of the chickens and ducks...
Gabby and Penny were busy in the night...
And a little later so were one of the Pearl Whites and Coconut!
And then... a visitor from Little Ponderosa Zoo!
He was SO gorgeous!!
We finally lured him into the yard but no one could come from the Zoo... go figure!
So we decided to catch him and wrap him in a sheet or something and run him down the hill to his home... well, he had NO intention of allowing THAT!
He FLEW away! That boy flew several hundred yards... we heard him out there and finally saw him heading in the correct direction to the Zoo...
I can only hope he gets there! I doubt they will let me know :-(
These are Paula's beautiful Mini Split units behind her house! She said it was wonderful to be in a cool house, finally!!
Lanny was working on the Toro...
the cut is not right so he is changing the blades...
Sadie was here for her usual Wednesday...
she didn't come yesterday because she had a ballgame...
Another Pearl White!
So instead of Hot Dog Tuesday Night
we are having a Hot Dog Wednesday Night!!
Shelby came to get Sadie around 5:30
and Lanny headed to church for Wednesday Night Services...
He picked up the puppy piles before he left and I put up the chicken feed...
Now I am sitting here finishing up this post and watching...
you guessed it, Star Trek :-)
Mom has been sleeping nearly all day... she isn't even taking any pain medicine...
I am not sure what is going on but I am managing to get her to eat a bit
and drink her high calorie Boost! My problem is getting her to drink enough water! Continue to pray for her please!
