Quiet Time...
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God,
and His righteousness;
and all these things shall be added unto you."
Matthew 6:33 KJV
*****
It's gonna be another wet day...
but rise and "shine" anyway :-)
Quiet Time with my Pack...
No changes today...
everything is growing as expected...
Bread Day...
some for orders, some for us...
First rise...
Out to the Barnyard
between showers...
Yay...
three duck eggs
right where they should be!
I won't open the sandboxes today
because it is supposed to rain off and on...
Nothing worse than wet sand for a dust bath :-)
Lanny is finishing up the bathroom...
My gauge showed 2.5 inches
but Paula's registered over 4!
Willie was very interested in the bunnies today...
I can't keep the goats out of the coop
and have just quit trying!
I have NO clue what caused this,
but I think it is one of the ducks!
It was from yesterday...
A Dung Beetle
was helping me pick up the puppy piles this morning...
Very nice first rise!
Four loaves ready for second rise...
Finishing touches...
They come out when the rain stops
and go back in when it starts...
they do NOT like rain!
Sparkley Day...
Here is the recipe if anyone is interested...
I have had perpetual Sparkley
for probably 20 years...
We all LOVE it!
It is a fermented probiotic drink
and it is delicious!
They heard me in the kitchen...
Willie watched me for a long time...
Habitat Restore came to pick up some "stuff" today...
this furniture was going to ruin out in this damp barn
and we have NO place inside for it...
Someone will LOVE these old pieces...
I loved them for many years!!!
Made Daddy some French Toast Sticks for Breakfast...
Bread is ready to bake...
Done!
YUM!
I fed Daddy a Ham Sandwich and Chips
and then Lanny and I rested for a few minutes...
It was so wet outside
the the hens decided to do their dust bathing
INSIDE the coop...
Nice eggs today...
The Bathroom is finished
and everything is back where it goes...
The only thing I want to change/replace in here is the rug...
it is pretty dingy looking now that the walls look so nice :-)
I absolutely LOVE the freeze dried mixed veggies...
I hated mixed veggies growing up
but that's because the canned ones are mush!
Frozen taste like fresh
and when freeze dried
are SO easy to prep for supper...
I think MOST of my freeze drying is veggies!!!
Pork Loin and Gravy, Mashed Taters,
Mixed Veggies and Garlic Toast...
It's rather late, but I really needed to harvest this tray,
especially since I have orders tomorrow...
Chickies were happy...
Time to call it a day...
ready for Jammies and the second Harry Potter...
Here is today's
Goodnight Y'all...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
