Good Friday Morning...
I got deeply involved in my reading this morning
and totally forgot to take a picture of our PackTime!!!

I did remember the Microgreens
all is well...
Out to the Barnyard...
My Blossom has a Dewlap...
it is like a double chin :-)
but the females of this breed often get it
and they pull fur from it
for their nest when they are expecting :-)
Violets is not as big...
Diced tomatoes out of the freeze dryer...
Made the Men an Omelet Supreme :-)
with Toast and Sausage...
Ready to store...
Paula brought over some tomato skins and cores
from her tomato freezing adventure...
we both have LOTS of tomatoes...
For lunch I made some Fried Balogna Sandwiches...
This is one Pennsylvania Dutch Squash plant...
I am so anxious for it to set more fruit...
it is a delicious thin skinned squash...
For Supper I made Pork in Garlic Butter Gravy over Noodles,
Mixed Veggies and Roasted Peppers and Tomatoes from the garden...
DELISH!!!
Chores are done...
ready to call it a day...
...we have been trying to save the big koi all day...
she is the only one still alive but I know she is sick...
anyway, we won't give up...
