Hello Wednesday!!
Maggie noticed that Murphy had
once again taken her spot beside me...
But she snuggled up next to him anyway...
as long as there is blanket between them
she will lay close...
Quiet Time all together...
Day three of black out...
I will expose this tray to the light tomorrow...
The wheat grass is doing well...
I will put my seeds a little thicker next time...
So, this is rather pretty...
If I had known it would be this pretty I would
have made it bigger...
But this WAS practice,
so at least I know it is a nice stitch...
Yes, it is a minute after 6...
I am hurrying as fast as I can!!

with his groupie, of course...

Out to the Barnyard...
This girl is worse than a cat...
she is ALWAYS right in front of me
wherever I am walking...
she has made me fall down a time or two...
I have to be REALLY careful around here :-)
He is putting up a dusk to dawn
security light...
just one more thing to help
protect our furry and feathered friends...
the electric fence seems to be the main deterrent...
NOTHING has come in since we put it up
three years ago...
But better safe than sorry...
Planted another couple trays of
Wheat Berries...
These will be a treat for the goats and chickens...
And another Microgreen Tray...
Paula had a CT scan at 9 so we left early today
(around 8:30) to go down the hill...
after her scan we will do our usual
deliveries and shopping...
Lanny met us at the Mexican Restaurant
in Clinton and we had lunch...
LOTS of lunch...
I am a member of the
"Clean Plate Club"
so I NEVER leave
anything on my plate! :-)
Lanny actually had to stop...
but he DID eat a big breakfast...
I don't eat anything in the morning...
When we came home
we took a little Siesta...
Maggie was too slow again...
But she gave in
and laid down as close as she could get...
I gave the girls some fresh hay
in the shade...
it is SO hot out there...
my "in the shade temp" is 91...
I also filled all the water buckets
with fresh cool water...
He is fixing the guts of my SaniFlo Toilet...
my own "Jack of all Trades"...
he can fix just about anything!!!
Well, no supper tonight.
Lunch was plenty!!!
We will have a snack, I am sure :-)
Chores are done...
quickly, because it is SO hot out there.
The barnyard is buttoned up.
And we are gonna head to the showers
and jammies :-)
The next movie in the Marvel series is
"Guardians of the Galaxy 2"...
