Well, Rise...
it is supposed to rain all day!!
Morning Bible Study Crew...

Microgreens are doing what microgreens do...
all is well...
Sparkley Day...
Out to the Flock and Fluffle...
Might have to swim
so I am ready in my rain gear!
They do not care about rain today...
Duck egg...
And another...
I actually found four this morning...
Made the men a Duck Egg, Bacon and Cheese Omelet...
Toast and Banana Bread...
Started two small trays today...
I cooked a Rump Roast and a London Broil yesterday
and let them sit in the fridge overnight
so I could slice them real thin for the freeze dryer...
This is the Roast...
And the London Broil...
So we had Roast Beef Sandwiches for Lunch...
with all the ends and pieces :-)
YUM!
Threw some bananas out for the chickies and ducks...
Steve and Faye (our Preacher) came out to see us today.
Mom and Dad LOVE them and were so glad to see them...
We were too :-)
Mom can't really talk but she smiled for them :-)
We had left over Spaghetti
with Fire Roasted Vegetable Milange
(that just means a mix, but it sounds SO sophisticated :-) )
And Microgreen Salad.
I powdered some freeze dried cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and sprinkled that on the salad along with some freeze dried goat cheese... I think I have a new salad recipe around here :-)
We also had a visit
from the Amedisys Hospice Social Worker today.
They are going to take really good care
of all of us through this time.
Hospice is a fantastic service...
Tonight we will watch Wyatt Earp with Kevin Costner...
